By accessing, browsing or using any part of the bv999game platform — including the website at bv999game.biz, any associated mobile application and all related services — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the bv999game platform regardless of how they access it. They should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bv999game.

To use bv999game you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on bv999game. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under a different identity — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid Pakistani phone number. bv999game reserves the right to verify this information at any time using third-party verification services.

Account verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or B-Form
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within 90 days)
• Confirmation of the payment method used for deposits

Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold until documents are received and assessed. bv999game targets a verification review time of 24 to 48 business hours from receipt of complete documentation.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. bv999game will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your password. All deposits and withdrawals on bv999game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bv999game does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

bv999game reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity appears unusual. This is a standard anti-money laundering precaution, not an indication of wrongdoing on the player's part.

bv999game offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback and free bets. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. The general bonus rules below apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only, unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements (where they apply) must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting the stated requirements.
• bv999game reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time, and to void bonus funds and derived winnings if a player is found to have abused a promotion.
• Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using a bonus against strategies designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, and providing false information during registration.

All sports bets placed on bv999game are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules, where they differ from the general rules below, are published separately in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bv999game does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been accepted.
• Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical error or data feed issue will be voided. bv999game will notify affected players and refund their stake in full.
• If a match or event is postponed, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.
• If a match is abandoned before the minimum completion threshold is reached, bets will be settled according to the sport-specific rules. In cricket, a minimum of 5 overs per side must be completed for match result bets to stand.
• In-play bets accepted after an in-play event has occurred (for example, a goal being scored before the bet is confirmed by bv999game's system) will be voided.
• Accumulator bets function on the standard roll-up principle. If one selection is voided, the remaining selections stand and the acca is reduced by one leg.
• Maximum payout per bet slip is Rs 5,000,000 (Rs 50 lakh) unless you have been granted a higher limit in writing by bv999game.

All casino games available on bv999game — including slots, roulette, crash games, card games and live dealer titles — use certified random number generators (RNG) or provably fair algorithms where applicable. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and cannot be predicted or influenced by the player or bv999game.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available on request. The house edge varies by game type and is applied consistently across all players.

For crash games specifically:

• The outcome of each round is determined before the round begins using a provably fair algorithm that players can independently verify.
• Cash-out must be executed before the crash event. Any cash-out request received after the crash is invalid and the stake is lost.
• Auto cash-out functionality is provided as a convenience feature. bv999game does not guarantee the execution of auto cash-outs in all circumstances, including during periods of high server load.

For live dealer games, all sessions are recorded. In the event of a dispute, the recording constitutes the final record of what took place during the session and will be used as evidence in any dispute resolution process.

The bv999game VIP Club is a loyalty programme with five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Participation is automatic for all registered players — there is no application or opt-in process required.

Loyalty Points are earned on all real-money bets placed on the platform. The earning rate and redemption rate vary by tier. Points cannot be transferred between accounts, purchased for cash or converted into cash directly — they are redeemed through the tier benefits system as described on the VIP Club page.

bv999game reserves the right to adjust Loyalty Point balances, tier thresholds, earning rates and redemption rates at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected players. Tier downgrade may occur if activity thresholds are not maintained over a rolling period as specified in the VIP Club terms.

The bv999game Refer a Friend programme allows existing registered players to earn PKR cash rewards by introducing new players to the platform. The following conditions apply:

• The referred player must be a genuinely new customer with no prior bv999game account.
• The referred player must register using the referrer's unique link or code.
• The referred player must complete a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500.
• The referral reward is credited to the referrer's balance within 5 minutes of the qualifying deposit clearing.
• Referral rewards carry no wagering requirement and may be withdrawn immediately subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
• Self-referrals — registering a new account to refer yourself — are strictly prohibited and will result in both accounts being closed and all balances forfeited.
• bv999game reserves the right to withhold referral rewards pending investigation if there is reason to believe the referral relationship is not genuine.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bv999game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Match fixing or any form of insider knowledge betting — placing bets using information not in the public domain relating to the outcome of a sporting event.
• Collusion between players, whether in poker, live dealer games or any other format involving multiple participants.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets or interact with the platform in ways not intended for human users.
• Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit pricing errors or guaranteed profit situations across our markets.
• Money laundering — using bv999game to deposit, cycle through the platform and withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's identity to register or play.
• Any form of hacking, denial-of-service attack or attempt to gain unauthorised access to bv999game systems.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.

bv999game may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or exploitation of bonuses.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• Request by the player themselves (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request.

On permanent account closure for reasons of a breach, any balance in the account may be forfeited if it was derived from activity that violated these Terms. Genuine balances on accounts closed for non-breach reasons (for example, a player-requested closure) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 10 business days.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact support at support@bv999game.biz. If the closure is related to a gambling problem, our Responsible Gaming tools including permanent self-exclusion are available immediately without waiting for support to respond.

bv999game provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available without interruption, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.

bv999game's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. bv999game is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages under any circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

bv999game reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without notice.

If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
